What is your returns policy?
You can exchange or return almost anything within 7 days of your purchase, just make sure that it's in original condition and remember to include the original packaging. If you'd like your money back, we can arrange that too - just read our Returns Policy. Copyright laws say that we can't accept returns of licensed software or games, unless they're defective of course. In certain cases, a handling fee may be charged to get your product back to us.

How do I buy something from Y.M Techprops Online?
- Step 1 – Select the product you would like to buy
- Step 2 – Select “ADD TO BASKET”
- Step 3 – Select “Proceed to Checkout”
- Step 4 – Enter your relevant Shipping and Billing address details (Make sure to fill in all 4 lines under the Shipping/Billing details). Please make sure the delivery address is available between 8:00 and 17:00 during weekdays as this is the time our couriers deliver.
- Step 5 – Select your payment method
- Step 6 – Select “Place Order” and you’re good to go!

– If you create a profile on our website, you won’t need to enter all your shipping/billing details every time you order. You can also view your past and current orders.– Please note that we cannot deliver to a P.O Box. If you would like it delivered to a PostNet or other postal service branch please make sure that they are aware of the delivery and will allow the delivery of your parcel.

How do I use an Y.M Techprops Gift Card?
You can use an Y.M Techprops Gift Card at any time .
Keep your gift card until you receive your order and are sure you're satisfied with it. If you return or cancel items that you paid for using a gift card, the amount charged to the gift card will be refunded onto the gift card.
What if I lose my Y.M Techprops Gift Card?
We can replace the remaining balance on a lost, stolen or damaged gift card, as long as you have the original purchase receipt. Please visit the website.
What if I return items bought with my Y.M Techprops Gift Card?
You can return items purchased with gift cards in accordance with our refund policy .The return amount will be credited to your gift card within 24 hours of the time we receive it. If you no longer have the gift card, visit the website to request a new one.

- You can move items between your Cart and wishlist as often as you want
Incorrect items or quantity delivered
Should the incorrect items or quantity of items be delivered to you, you need to notify Y.M Techprops immediately so that we can rectify the situation.
