At Y.M Techprops, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer a simple 7-day return policy.
How to Return:
- Contact Us: Email ym@ymtechprop.co.za to initiate your return.
- Return Authorization: After approval, we’ll send you an RA number with return instructions.
- Package & Ship: Return the item in its original condition and packaging, with the RA number on the outside. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable:
- Opened or used products
- Gift cards

What is refurbished?
A reconditioned device is a product that has already lived a first life, fully checked and reconditioned by an expert reconditioner. Each device is meticulously tested, repaired and cleaned before being put back on sale, with a contractual guarantee of 12 months minimum and 7 days to change your mind.
What does the 12-month contractual warranty cover?
The refurbisher warranty protects you against any kind of breakdown for 12 months. It does not apply in case of accidental breakage or software problem.
