2. Return Authorization: After approval, we’ll send you an RA number with return instructions.
3. Package & Ship: Return the item in its original condition and packaging, with the RA number on the outside. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Each device is meticulously tested, repaired and cleaned before being put back on sale, with a contractual guarantee of 12 months minimum and 7 days to change your mind.

What does the 12-month contractual warranty cover?

The refurbisher warranty protects you against any kind of breakdown for 12 months. It does not apply in case of accidental breakage or software problem.
