How to Return:
- Contact Us: Email ym@ymtechprop.co.za to initiate your return.
- Return Authorization: After approval, we’ll send you an RA number with return instructions.
- Package & Ship: Return the item in its original condition and packaging, with the RA number on the outside. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Each device is meticulously tested, repaired and cleaned before being put back on sale, with a contractual guarantee of 12 months minimum and 7 days to change your mind.
What does the 12-month contractual warranty cover?
The refurbisher warranty protects you against any kind of breakdown for 12 months. It does not apply in case of accidental breakage or software problem.

It features high, low and keep warm functions, a digital control panel with a 4 digit LED display and a programmable timer. The durable stainless steel body and toughened glass lid are suitable for everyday use, while the removable ceramic inner pot makes cleaning up easy.
