How to Return:

- Return Authorization: After approval, we’ll send you an RA number with return instructions.
- Package & Ship: Return the item in its original condition and packaging, with the RA number on the outside. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

What does the 12-month contractual warranty cover?
The refurbisher warranty protects you against any kind of breakdown for 12 months. It does not apply in case of accidental breakage or software problem.

These cutting-edge features give you more control for a cleaner and easier shave. Its five-blade heads and three different blade shapes can trim any beard style in a single pass.
The innovative omnidirectional floating shaver heads are capable of tackling complex and variable facial contours. While the blade head flexes with each curve, the blade foil continuously adjusts to stick close to the skin as it moves, providing both efficiency and comfort. The innovative linear magnetic suspension motor uses highly elastic materials combining rigidity and toughness.
The precision inner blade is made of high-quality stainless steel with a sharp 30° angle and a scientifically designed blade edge for enhanced cutting performance and durability. This allows you to trim hairs quickly, reducing the need for multiple passes while providing exceptional durability and wear resistance.
For protection, it features an IPX7 water resistance rating as well as acoustic cavitation bubble cleaning for easy maintenance. This works with high-frequency sonic waves which produce cavitation bubbles that scrub and rinse the foil slots, instantly cleaning away dirt and debris for a deep and thorough clean.
