How to Return:
- Contact Us: Email ym@ymtechprop.co.za to initiate your return.
- Return Authorization: After approval, we’ll send you an RA number with return instructions.
- Package & Ship: Return the item in its original condition and packaging, with the RA number on the outside. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

A reconditioned device is a product that has already lived a first life, fully checked and reconditioned by an expert reconditioner. Each device is meticulously tested, repaired and cleaned before being put back on sale, with a contractual guarantee of 12 months minimum and 7 days to change your mind.
What does the 12-month contractual warranty cover?
The refurbisher warranty protects you against any kind of breakdown for 12 months. It does not apply in case of accidental breakage or software problem.

Using a high-capacity lithium battery, the Type-C interface, on 1 charge, can last up to 180min, this allows you to meet the needs of the whole family for haircuts. The Xiaomi Hair Clipper can also be charged and supplied power simultaneously to get rid of low-battery anxiety. Its high-speed mode with 6200 RPM, strong torque motor, and excellent shear force, can easily cope with different hair types.
