How to Return:
- Contact Us: Email ym@ymtechprop.co.za to initiate your return.
- Return Authorization: After approval, we’ll send you an RA number with return instructions.
- Package & Ship: Return the item in its original condition and packaging, with the RA number on the outside. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

What does the 12-month contractual warranty cover?
The refurbisher warranty protects you against any kind of breakdown for 12 months. It does not apply in case of accidental breakage or software problem.

The Mi Smart Projector 2 Pro supports omnidirectional automatic keystone corrections, as well as functions such as automatic scaling of images and screen shift, allowing you to easily and smoothly zoom the screen from 60% to 100% and shift the screen in any direction. This lets you place it anywhere you want and conveniently cast the screen onto a suitable surface.
The colour gamut of the Mi Smart Projector 2 Pro reaches 100% Rec.709 or above, which displays more vivid images and supports HDR10 decoding. It restores the original colour layers and details as well. As the images displayed are clear and exquisite, you can immerse yourself in the images and forget about the real world.
The Mi Smart Projector 2 Pro is equipped with dual 10W, 1.75″ full-frequency high-fidelity speakers with a large-sized passive basin design, allowing the low frequency to dive to 60Hz. The speakers are carefully calibrated by the master of acoustics and can provide you with an immersive sound experience making you reluctant to return to the real world. With sound effects tuned by professionals, you can enjoy your favourite song or audiobook in great quality.
