- Package & Ship: Return the item in its original condition and packaging, with the RA number on the outside. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

What does the 12-month contractual warranty cover?
The refurbisher warranty protects you against any kind of breakdown for 12 months. It does not apply in case of accidental breakage or software problem.

Its Smart temperature control allows you to save power while keeping your environment at a comfortable level. When the surrounding temperature is lower than the preset temperature, it will automatically continue heating until it reaches that preset temperature at which point it will automatically reduce the power or stop heating. It can achieve this thanks to its built-in adjustable thermostat, which allows your heater to keep your home at a comfortable temperature while saving energy.
The heated air rises and the cool air comes down producing a convective effect for air circulation and room heating. The wide front and top air ducts allow for heating close areas as well as the entire room. It circulates to form convective hot air, which flows in both directions from the top and sides. The airflow is softer than that of an AC and is not as prone to dryness. As a bonus feature, it will not interfere with your sleep at night, and will not cause dry eyes and throat in the morning. With an optimized air duct, the temperature of the Xiaomi Smart Heater S rises faster and the warmth quickly spreads throughout the entire home. With its simple and practical body design, the heater is small, flexible and easy to move. It also comes with an integrated drying rack for clothing to help them dry quicker. The integrated drying rack can load up to 1.5kg of dry clothes while heating.
